Key Responsibilities

Lead the design of user experiences from concept to execution across web and mobile platforms.
Translate user needs and business goals into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and implementation quality.
Contribute to and help evolve the design system and best practices.
Present design work clearly and effectively to stakeholders and peers.
Experience integrating AI tools into design workflows (e.g., Figma AI, Midjourney, ChatGPT, or similar)
Demonstrated ability to leverage generative AI for rapid prototyping, user research synthesis, or design exploration

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design or interaction design.
Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions and design thinking.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and usability principles.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience working in agile or lean environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience designing for complex workflows or enterprise applications.
Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus.
Background in user research or service design is a bonus.
Understanding of AI-assisted design principles and ethical considerations in AI-driven experiences
