Roles & Responsibilities: Influencer Marketing & Creator Outreach Identify and build relationships with tech influencers, developers, and content creators on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Develop and execute outreach campaigns targeting coding communities, AI enthusiasts, and developer advocates Track engagement metrics and conversion rates from influencer partnerships Multi-Platform Brand Management Own and manage our branded accounts across X (Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Develop platform-specific content strategies that resonate with developer communities Publish 3-5 pieces of short-form video content daily across all platforms Monitor trends in AI coding, developer tools, and MCP ecosystem to create timely content Content Creation & Production Write compelling social media copy that simplifies complex technical concepts for various audience levels Create video scripts for tutorials and product demos Develop content calendars aligned with product launches and feature updates Transform technical documentation into engaging, shareable social content Team Collaboration Coordinate with video editing team to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity Work directly with the founder on content strategy, campaign ideation, and growth initiatives Skills Required Technical Foundation Engineering background (B.Tech/BE in Computer Science, IT, or related field) Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web development concepts Understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP) and its applications Hands-on experience with AI coding tools including Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf, and similar assistants Ability to understand and communicate technical features to both technical and non-technical audiences Content & Marketing Skills Proven ability to create engaging content for developer and tech communities Experience managing multiple social media accounts with demonstrated growth metrics Strong copywriting skills with ability to adapt tone for different platforms and audiences Video scripting experience, particularly for educational and product demo content Understanding of influencer marketing dynamics in the tech/developer space Professional Attributes Self-starter with ability to work independently while maintaining close collaboration with the founder Excellent time management skills to handle multiple daily content deliverables Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze metrics and iterate on content strategy Creative problem-solver who can turn complex technical concepts into viral content Strong communication skills for influencer outreach and community engagement Location Requirement Must be based in Bangalore (remote position with requirement for in-person collaboration when needed) Available for flexible working hours to engage with global developer communities Show more Show less
