Job Title: Manager – Business Development Department: Sales & Business Growth Experience: 2 to 10 years (in IT and Software Sales) Salary: As per discussion during the interview Location: Dwarka Mor, New Delhi , Delhi - 110059 Industry Type: IT / Software Solutions About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience in IT and software sales , understands client requirements, and is passionate about driving business growth. If you are someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and is looking for a long-term career in technology sales, we would love to connect with you. Key Responsibilities: Drive new business opportunities through lead generation, client meetings, and market research. Identify potential customers and pitch relevant IT/software solutions tailored to their needs. Build and nurture strong client relationships for long-term business engagement. Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals. Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, operations) to ensure client satisfaction. Achieve sales targets consistently and contribute to company revenue growth. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments. Maintain proper records of leads, prospects, and deal progress using CRM tools. Candidate Profile: Graduate in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field; MBA will be an added advantage. Minimum 2 years and up to 10 years of experience in IT/Software sales or business development . Strong communication and presentation skills, with a client-first mindset. Proven track record in B2B/B2C software sales or IT solution sales. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver under pressure. Should be comfortable with regular client interaction and field visits if required.
