We’re looking for a Zoho CRM & Email Automation Specialist who can lead and optimize our CRM architecture and email marketing workflows using Zoho One. Responsibilities: CRM Management (Zoho One): · Complete command over Zoho One apps – especially CRM, Campaigns, Books, Creator, and Analytics · Build and manage custom CRM modules, workflows, blueprints, billing & invoicing systems · Maintain and clean datasets, ensure CRM hygiene and system performance · Support internal teams in tool usage with training, documentation & automation · Develop dashboards and reports for sales, marketing, and leadership · Hands-on with Deluge scripting, HTML, JavaScript, API integration Email Marketing (Zoho Campaigns, SmartLead, etc.): · Design and manage email workflows, sequences, and nurturing tracks · Handle multiple domain email routing, DNS management, and deliverability optimization · Build HTML-responsive templates and track performance metrics Lead Data & List Building: · Experience with Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Uplead, Clay, etc. · Build prospect databases, clean and segment contact lists regularly · Align CRM data with campaign strategy for targeted outreach Qualifications: • 4–5 years’ experience minimum in CRM development and email marketing (Zoho ecosystem) • Strong coding and scripting knowledge: Deluge, HTML, JavaScript • Background in tech, engineering, or software preferred • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills • Based in or willing to relocate to Noida.
