The role requires you to act creatively in developing applications by selecting appropriate technical options, optimizing application development and maintenance, and enhancing performance through the use of design patterns and proven solutions. You will be responsible for interpreting application feature and component designs in line with specifications, coding, debugging, testing, documenting, and communicating product component and feature development stages. Validating results with user representatives, integrating, and commissioning the overall solution is also part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be expected to select and create technical options for development, optimize efficiency, cost, and quality, and influence customer satisfaction and employee engagement within project teams. You will be measured on various outcomes including adherence to engineering processes and standards, project schedule/timelines, technical issues uncovered during project execution, defects in the code, defects post-delivery, non-compliance issues, voluntary attrition percentage, and on-time completion of mandatory compliance trainings. Your outputs are expected to include coding as per the design, defining coding standards, templates, and checklists, reviewing code for team and peers, creating/reviewing templates, checklists, guidelines, and standards for design/process/development, and creating/reviewing deliverable documents and design documentation. You will be required to advise software developers on design and development of features and components, learn more about customer domains, complete relevant domain certifications, support the Project Manager with inputs, manage delivery of modules, manage complex user stories, perform defect RCA and mitigation, identify defect trends, estimate effort and size, consume and contribute to project-related documents, execute and monitor release process, contribute to the creation of design/architecture, clarify requirements and provide guidance to the Development Team, manage the team, obtain relevant domain and technology certifications, and demonstrate various skills such as explaining and communicating design/development, evaluating test results, breaking down complex problems, developing user interfaces, estimating time and effort resources, managing a team, mentoring, handling people-related issues, maintaining high motivation levels, working under pressure, building confidence with customers, driving conference calls, and more. The skill set required for this role includes proficiency in UI Developer, Bootstrap, CSS, MS.Net Fullstack, AWS Cloud, Programming, Jquery, Automation Scripting (Python), Microsoft - .Net - Fullstack, DevOPS, MVC, C#.net, Asp.net, MySQL, Database, UI (HTML, CSS), Design, Elastics Search, LogStash Kibana, SQL, Web Services/API, HTML, and Jenkins. Strong understanding of Object Oriented Programming, development experience in C#, MVC, ReactJs, Entity Framework, ASP.net Core API, JQuery, CSS, HTML, Bootstrap, knowledge and experience of AWS (SQS, SNS, Lambda), troubleshooting skills, MySQL understanding, source control systems (GIT), MicroService-based architecture, and effective communication skills are also essential for this role.
