The ideal candidate for this position should have 6-10 years of experience and possess the following skills: - Implemented 5+ successful K2 projects in developer and lead roles - Experience in analysis, design, and development of web/windows based applications and n-tier applications in client and server environments - Proficient in Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) - Expertise in Transact-SQL (DDL, DML) and in Design and Normalization of database tables, including data migration experience - Experience in implementing business logic using Triggers, Indexes, Views, and Stored procedures - Experienced in complete software development life cycle using Agile framework - Capable of adapting to new leading Technologies - Preferably knowledgeable in logistics, sales, and authorization workflows Required Tools Skills: - BPM Tools: K2 Blackpearl and K2 Five.
