Role: CRM Technical Consultant (Senior Consultant) Location: Chennai As a Senior CRM Technical Consultant at Protiviti India, you'll be a key contributor to the design, development, and implementation of robust CRM solutions, primarily leveraging Microsoft Power Platform. You'll use your expertise to build innovative applications, automate processes, and ensure seamless data integration, playing a vital role in delivering high-impact solutions for our clients. Responsibilities Develop and deploy model-driven applications and Canvas Apps using Microsoft Power Apps. Write and maintain custom JavaScript and C# code , including plugins, web resources, and custom workflows, to extend CRM functionalities. Design and implement efficient Power Automate flows for data integration, process automation, and system connectivity. Collaborate effectively with fellow developers , conducting code reviews, providing technical guidance, and ensuring adherence to best practices. Troubleshoot and optimize performance across CRM applications and their integrations to ensure high efficiency and user satisfaction. Work closely with the team on various integration and data migration related tasks , ensuring data integrity and system interoperability. Criteria Experience: 4-6 years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying CRM solutions, with a significant focus on model-driven apps. Technical Skills: Proficiency in developing and deploying model-driven apps and Canvas Apps using Microsoft Power Apps. Strong coding skills in JavaScript and C# for developing plugins, web resources, and workflows. Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing Power Automate flows for automation and integration. Collaboration & Problem Solving: Ability to collaborate effectively with other developers, conduct code reviews, and provide technical guidance. Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills across applications and integrations. Experience with integration and migration-related tasks.
