The Systems Administrator II role at Ryan offers an exciting opportunity to maintain and manage server computing and storage platforms. Your responsibilities will include installation, configuration, preventive maintenance, operation, and problem-resolution activities to ensure the smooth functioning of our systems. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive team experience by receiving cross-training from other members of the Information Technology department. To excel in this role, you should possess a high school diploma or GED, along with three to five years of related systems administrator experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, Outlook, Internet navigation, systems administration tools, and scripting and automation tools is essential for success in this position. While not mandatory, certifications in Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange, EMC Storage, and Active Directory are preferred. This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities and will require occasional long periods of sitting while working at the computer, as well as regular interaction with employees and external vendors. The Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst role in the Identify Service Line involves being responsible for analyzing cyber threats and vulnerabilities that may impact the Group.
