Web / Mobile Application Developer- React Native/ReactJs

We are seeking a motivated Web / Mobile Application Developer to join our team in Gurgaon. As a full-time employee, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web and mobile applications in the IT domain. The ideal candidate should have a B.Tech, MCA, or equivalent qualification with at least 2 years of experience in IT sales. Proficiency in ReactJS and React Native is essential, along with a strong command of JavaScript, preferably Typescript. Experience with State management Libraries like Redux and a good understanding of React Native specific guidelines and best practices are required. You should have a solid expertise in HTML, CSS, and writing cross-platform compatible code. Knowledge of Version control applications like GIT is a must. Your responsibilities will include building pixel-perfect, smooth UIs across both mobile platforms, leveraging native APIs for deep integrations, and collaborating with the Project Management team on priorities, timelines, and estimates. In addition, you are expected to contribute actively to team discussions, troubleshoot and problem-solve as needed, and share innovative solutions. Proactive management of workflow to minimize downtime between assignments is crucial. Consistent communication with supervisors regarding workload, challenges, and potential issues is key.
