Effectively manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to lead conversion, ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to client. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business strategies, address client needs, and maximize client satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or a similar role, with a focus on bidding, lead generation, proposal submission, client communication, and lead conversion. Strong knowledge and expertise in utilizing LinkedIn and other relevant platforms for effective lead generation and networking. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and influence decision-makers. Demonstrated success in preparing and submitting winning proposals that address client requirements and stand out from the competition.
