Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated Project Manager/ Business Analyst with 2-4 years of experience in web and mobile technology projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in planning, executing, and delivering digital projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QA, and stakeholders). You should have a strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies , technical project workflows, and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Assist in project planning, scheduling, and tracking for web and mobile development projects. Work closely with developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery of projects. Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming in an Agile environment. Track project progress using tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project . Identify and mitigate project risks, blockers, and dependencies. Ensure clear communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Assist in creating project documentation (requirements, user stories, test cases, etc.). Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation. Support UX/UI teams in ensuring seamless user experiences across web and mobile platforms. Stay updated with emerging trends in web (React, Angular, Node.js) and mobile (iOS/Android, Flutter, React Native) technologies . Qualifications & Skills: 2-4 years of experience in project coordination or junior project management in a web/mobile tech environment . Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies . Familiarity with web technologies (HTML/CSS, JavaScript, CMS) and mobile app development frameworks . Experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project, etc.). Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills . Excellent written and verbal communication for stakeholder management. PMP, CAPM, or Scrum Master certification is a plus. Preferred Background: Previous experience as a Business Analyst, Developer, or QA Analyst transitioning into project management. Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), APIs, and DevOps practices . Roles & Responsibilities: Perform manual and exploratory testing against functionality developed by members of your agile team(s) Work closely with the Product Owner and scrum team(s) to help deliver high quality features inside of agreed timescales Provide technical mentorship and upskilling to scrum team members and across functional boundaries where appropriate Contributing to a culture of high quality, personal ownership and customer focused execution Should be able to guide the resources and proactive in grooming the team Primary Skills: 6+ years of experience in testing Web Applications Proficiency in authoring, reviewing, and executing manual test cases Solid experience with java and selenium Experience in Test Cases Management Systems like TestRail Proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts. Exposure to Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment practices (Jenkins). Good hands on experience on automation using selenium.
