Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing engaging and responsive websites that align with user needs and business goals. You will be responsible for designing page layouts, UI elements, graphics, and overall user experience across desktop and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement visually appealing and user-friendly web pages.
• Translate concepts and requirements into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Collaborate with developers, content creators, and marketers to ensure cohesive design.
• Maintain and update website content and structure regularly.
• Ensure design consistency across all digital platforms.
• Optimize websites for speed and performance.
• Stay up-to-date with web design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Conduct usability testing and collect user feedback for iterative improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a web designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio of design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, or Sketch.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Understanding of responsive and adaptive design.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
