Web Fullstack Developer- Mid

As a Web Fullstack Developer at En Derevo, your mission will be to develop scalable and high-performance web applications, actively participating in both frontend and backend construction. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and deliver innovative technological solutions that generate impact and value for users and the organization. - Develop end-to-end functionalities, covering user interfaces, APIs, and databases. Create modern and responsive web interfaces using technologies such as React or Angular. - Build RESTful or GraphQL APIs, primarily with Node.js or Python, and contribute to designing and optimizing SQL or NoSQL databases to ensure application performance. - Implement unit, integration, and end-to-end tests in both frontend and backend, ensuring software quality. Contribute to optimizing performance, security, and scalability of developed solutions. - Work in collaborative environments using Git for version control, actively participate in agile teams, either in Scrum or Kanban. - Document solutions and APIs using tools like Swagger or OpenAPI. Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and QA multidisciplinary teams. - Provide mentorship to junior developers, helping them grow technically and professionally within the team. - Intermediate to advanced conversational English. - Essential (3+ years of experience): - Experience building modern and responsive web interfaces with React or Angular, including state management, accessibility, and UI testing. - Developing APIs with Node.js/Express or Python/Flask, covering business logic, ORM usage, RESTful or GraphQL design, and backend testing. - Designing, modeling, and optimizing relational and NoSQL databases with caching implementation (Redis). - Proficiency in using Git for version control, participation in agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), and documenting APIs (Swagger/OpenAPI). - Agile and multidisciplinary teamwork skills, willingness to provide technical mentorship to junior developers, participation in architectural design and technical leadership, and clear and precise technical documentation.
