GM Analytics is looking for a Junior Web Designer and Developer to work with our Web and Social Media Team. Candidate will create and maintain website online presence for nephrology practices across USA candidate will also use and manage an online customer review software in order to monitor reviews posted to healthcare sites and work with the team to maintain social media aspects of nephrology practice websites to : Increase Brand Awareness Improve Search Engine Rankings Drive Inbound traffic Higher Customer Satisfaction Alert on negative feedback Responsibilities and Expectations Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps Create UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look Create original Graphic designs (e.g. images, vector graphics, etc.) Create PSDs for Visual layout of web pages and convert each design into HTML and CSS Design graphic user interface elements (e.g. menus, tabs, widgets, and form elements) Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback Identify and troubleshoot UX issues (e.g. responsiveness) I mplement responsive design websites in HTML 5, CSS3, and WordPress frameworks Create out of the box and custom programming in SharePoint 2016/19 Establishing local ability by registering with search engines. Upgrading site by updating content and graphics; Monitoring performance and results; identifying and evaluating improvement options; introducing new technology; maintaining links; improving the design of the website. Maintaining the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards. Determining technical requirements Creating back up files Solving code problems Meet with customers, documenting requirements and providing status reports. Performs other job-related duties as assigned or apparent JOB REQUIREMENTS Qualifications 1+ years of professional web design with proven work experience as a UI/UX designer or similar role Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design or related field, or 1+ years of additional experience Professional portfolio with at least 5 designs for internal review Experience in implementing responsive websites HTML 5, CSS3, J Query, Java script Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and In Vision) Preliminary knowledge of ASP.NET MVC and web forms Knowledge of content marketing a plus Agile-Scrum Strong time management, project management skills Must be able to manage multiple projects and prioritize workload Must be a self-starter and work independently with minimal supervision. WordPress experience is must. Additional Qualifications Experience creating graphics Experience in photography and editing photographs Experience designing WCAG 2.0 AA accessible sites Experience designing mobile optimized sites Experience in video creation and editing Experience in SEO or Social media are a plus!
