About the job: We're now looking for a skilled WordPress Website Developer to join our team and support our growing client base. You'll be responsible for creating beautiful, mobile-responsive, SEO-friendly websites using WordPress. You should be comfortable taking a website from brief to launch, sometimes using pre-built themes and page builders (like Elementor or Divi), and other times customizing as needed with code. Key responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain websites using WordPress CMS. 2. Customize themes and templates to match client branding. 3. Optimize websites for mobile and speed performance. 4. Implement on-page SEO best practices (meta tags, alt tags, etc.) 5. Troubleshoot and resolve layout or plugin issues. 6. Set up hosting, domains, and SSL certificates when needed. 7. Communicate progress clearly and meet deadlines.
