Web Developer - Frontend Technologies

• Develop, code, and maintain responsive HTML pages, emailers, newsletters, and templates.
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility of digital assets.
• Design, format, and deliver high-quality print-ready artwork, including brochures, flyers, reports, posters, banners, and other marketing collaterals.
• Collaborate with marketing and internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency across print, web, and multimedia channels.
• Create impactful digital graphics for social media campaigns, websites, presentations, and marketing initiatives.
• Support in the development, editing, and optimization of short-form video content for marketing and branding.
• Work on UI/UX aspects of digital assets to ensure engaging and user-friendly outputs.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Research and apply current design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance creativity and efficiency.
• Provide support for ad-hoc multimedia and creative requirements as needed.
  

Role Requirements

Technical Skills (Must-Have)

• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (basic to intermediate level).
• Experience with responsive web design frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind, etc.).
• Familiarity with email development tools and platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.).
• Understanding of cross-browser testing and debugging.
  

Design & Creative Tools

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with Adobe XD / Figma for UI/UX and prototyping.
• Knowledge of print production standards, color modes, bleed, and export settings for print :
• Basic to intermediate skills in Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects / Final Cut Pro for video editing.
• Familiarity with motion graphics or simple animations is a plus.
