Web Designer

Role Overview: As a Web Developer at the company, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining responsive websites and web applications. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with UI/UX designers to create attractive and user-friendly interfaces. Ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility will be essential. You will also be monitoring traffic and user behavior to enhance customer experience and retention. Additionally, you will work closely with the marketing team to launch campaigns and landing pages. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain responsive company websites and web apps - Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement attractive, user-friendly interfaces - Ensure cross-browser, cross-device compatibility - Monitor traffic and user behavior to improve customer experience and retention - Work with the marketing team to launch campaigns and landing pages Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator (Preferred: 1 year experience for each) Please note that this is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, internet reimbursement, and paid sick time.
