Web Designer

We are looking for a creative and talented Web Designer to join our dynamic team. You should have a passion for designing visually appealing and user-friendly websites. As a Web Designer, your main responsibility will be to create the overall look and feel of websites, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to translate business requirements into intuitive and aesthetically pleasing design solutions. Your key responsibilities will include UI/UX design, frontend development using Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Next.js, collaboration with backend developers, product managers, and graphic designers, prototyping for user testing and feedback, code optimization for optimal performance, ensuring responsive design across various devices and browsers, and staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies. To be successful in this role, you should ideally have a Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field. Proven experience as a Web Designer or in a similar role is required. A strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is necessary for effective collaboration with developers. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, attention to detail, and a keen eye for aesthetics are essential. You should be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and have knowledge of UI/UX principles and responsive design. This is a full-time position with a morning shift schedule and a performance bonus. The work location is in person.
