Job Description

Fresher / Junior Web Designer (0-2 Year Experience) Responsibilities:

Design modern, responsive, and user-friendly websites using HTML, CSS, and design tools
Translate client requirements and brand identity into clean visual layouts
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness across devices
Collaborate with developers to implement design elements and maintain design consistency
Work on UI/UX improvements based on user feedback and best practices
Create banners, graphics, and other visual assets for websites and social media
Stay updated on latest design trends, technologies, and tools
Regularly update website content and ensure functionality
Suggest and implement creative ideas to improve user experience

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (basic), and responsive frameworks (like Bootstrap)
Hands-on experience with Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar tools
Understanding of UI/UX principles and website layout techniques
Keen attention to detail and a strong creative sense
Good communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Knowledge of CMS like WordPress is a plus
