Web Designer

As a Senior Web & App Designer with 3 to 5+ years of experience, your main responsibility will be to lead the design process for web and mobile applications, ensuring that the final products are user-centric, aesthetically pleasing, intuitive, and functional across various platforms. You will collaborate with developers to seamlessly integrate designs into websites and apps, ensuring design consistency, accessibility, and responsiveness. Your role will also involve conducting user research and usability testing to understand user needs, developing personas, user stories, and journey maps, and optimizing user experiences based on data-driven insights. Additionally, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to align design strategies with business goals, present design concepts, and stay updated with industry trends and best practices in web and mobile design. As a mentor and leader, you will provide guidance to junior designers and interns, lead design reviews, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the design process. You should have a strong portfolio showcasing your design process, creativity, and problem-solving skills, along with proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, and InVision. Solid understanding of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, experience with responsive design techniques, and knowledge of web accessibility standards are essential for this role. Excellent communication and presentation skills, attention to detail, aesthetics, ability to work independently on multiple projects, problem-solving skills, and familiarity with animation tools and Agile methodologies are key qualifications required. Experience with e-commerce, SaaS platforms, and user testing tools are desirable, along with a willingness to work on-site in various locations globally.
