Technical Support Executive 1 Vacancy Full Time Responsibilities: Provide technical support to clients for website issues, hosting, email setup, and other web-related queries. Diagnose and troubleshoot website errors, CMS and server-related problems. Coordinate with developers to resolve client-reported issues efficiently. Maintain documentation of technical support requests and resolutions Assist in website maintenance, backups, and updates. Provide training and guidance to clients on using their websites or CMS platforms.
