Web Designer and Developer

You will be responsible for designing and developing visually appealing and functional websites. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing engaging and responsive websites to provide exceptional user experiences - Developing and maintaining websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms like WordPress, Webflow, and Shopify - Collaborating with marketing, content, and product teams to implement website features and updates - Optimizing websites for performance, accessibility, and SEO - Conducting website testing and debugging to ensure cross-browser and cross-device functionality - Maintaining and updating existing websites, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring brand consistency - Creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for new website features or redesigns To qualify for this role, you should have: - Proven experience as a Web Designer and Developer or similar role - Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive frameworks such as Bootstrap and Tailwind CSS - Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, and Webflow - Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and web accessibility standards - Familiarity with design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch - Basic knowledge of SEO best practices and web analytics tools like Google Analytics - Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills - Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or in a team Preferred qualifications include: - Experience with front-end frameworks like React, Vue.js, or back-end development with PHP or Node.js - Knowledge of version control systems like Git - Graphic design experience or familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite This is a full-time, permanent position with a morning shift schedule.
