Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Web Designer and Developer who can bring visual concepts to life through functional, responsive, and aesthetically pleasing websites. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent coding skills, and experience across both front-end and back-end web development. Key Responsibilities: Design engaging, responsive websites that deliver exceptional user experiences. Develop and maintain websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, Shopify). Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to implement website features and updates. Optimize websites for performance, accessibility, and SEO. Conduct website testing and debugging to ensure functionality across browsers and devices. Maintain and update existing websites and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for new website features or redesigns. Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms. Required Qualifications: Proven experience as a Web Designer and Developer or similar role. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS). Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, etc.). Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and web accessibility standards. Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch. Basic knowledge of SEO best practices and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.). Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team. Preferred Qualifications: Fresher/Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Vue.js, etc.) or back-end development (PHP, Node.js). Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
