About The Role The PMP Deal Desk Operations is a highly visible and key role at PubMatic We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced person to join our Customer Success Operations team in Gurugram and build a 24/7 centralized deal desk that is agile and works cross-functionally with global teams to manage, troubleshoot, and scale PMP spend globally from all customer types, including advertisers, publishers, and data partners This position will also work with product and engineering to develop first-in-class analytics and optimization tools to help us stay at the forefront of sell-side innovation, What You'll Do Manage PMP deal setup and optimization on the PubMatic system , Work with internal teams globally, including Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Product Management, Customer Success and Engineering to execute PMP deals within established Service Level Agreement, Generate and interpret reporting that will yield competitive insights for our clients, Leverage PubMatics Analytics and use in-house tools to monitor performance and troubleshoot under-performing PMP deals, Work with technical escalations and analytics teams to review and unlock new data and insight to drive innovation for publishers and buyers, Document Standard Operating Procedures for deal setup, troubleshooting playbooks, and escalation management, Work with Adsol team on Deal optimization strategies, Ensure multiple support systems are updated accurately (e-g Salesforce, JIRA, etc), Troubleshoot PMP Deal issues, which might involve verifying and analysing data, isolating and diagnosing the problem, providing root cause analysis, and setting client expectations and follow-ups, The applicants with hands on experience of web debugging tools, HAR file and SQL would be preferred, Shift Time: APAC: 6:00 AM 3:00 PM/ EMEA: 2:00 PM 11:00 PM, We'd Love for You to Have 2-4 years of relevant AdTech experience, Knowledge of DCM, GAM, DSP, SSP, Ad exchanges workflow, Good understanding of Private Marketplaces (PMP), Proficiency in Excel, preferably Excel Macros, Excellent campaign optimization and reporting skills (publisher or agency), Should have a bachelors degree in engineering (CS / IT) or equivalent degree from a well-known institute/university, Additional Information Return to Office: PubMatic employees throughout the global have returned to our offices via a hybrid work schedule (3 days ?in office? and 2 days ?working remotely?) that is intended to maximize collaboration, innovation, and productivity among teams and across functions, Benefits: Our benefits package includes the best of what leading organizations provide, such as paternity/maternity leave, healthcare insurance, broadband reimbursement As well, when were back in the office, we all benefit from a kitchen loaded with healthy snacks and drinks and catered lunches and much more!
