Role Overview: As a Content Writer, your role will involve collaborating with internal teams to gather technical insights for creating blog posts and service pages. You will be responsible for producing accessible content and conducting regular SEO performance reviews. Additionally, you will work closely with video editors and trainers to ensure script alignment in terms of timing and tone, translating complex topics into easily understandable content.
