Web Application Architect

As an Application Architect for our client based in Bangalore, India, your role involves the following responsibilities: - Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain .NET applications using C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core. - Code Review: Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices. - Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, QA, and operations to deliver high-quality software solutions. - Troubleshooting: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner. - Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. - Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and provide guidance to improve their skills and coding standards. In terms of technical skills, you should be proficient in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Web API, and Middleware. It is important to have strong experience with Azure Cloud Services such as Azure App Service, Azure Functions, and Azure Storage. An in-depth understanding of coding design patterns and best practices is essential. Experience with OAuth and Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations is also required. Good knowledge of RESTful API development and integration is expected. Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Angular or React would be a plus. Additionally, proficiency in SQL queries and SQL Server, including experience in database design and query optimization, is necessary. Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes is advantageous. Experience with distributed systems and messaging services such as Azure Service Bus and RabbitMQ is highly desirable. For this role, a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or an equivalent field is required. An MS or PhD in related technical fields would be very desirable.,
