Working as part of a team of managed services consultants, the primary role will be the technical support of Oracle e-Business Suite applications across a wide range of EBS modules and client specific customisations. you will also be experienced in identifying process improvements that translate into value Level Agreements and tangible business benefits to the customer. Provide day to day support and quality assurance Provide hands on technical & development support for implemented ERP modules Gather and document business requirements on IT incidents and change work. Document and manage technical specifications and software packages Assist in defining and optimizing simple yet effective business processes and drive change within the organization through negotiation and consensus building Help ensure that ERP initiatives follow the proper planning, scheduling and management processes Manage on-time change delivery and business expectations and ensure internal customer satisfaction Provide hands on analysis ,design, testing, implementation and post implementation support utilizing prescribed software design lifecycle techniques and system documentation techniques (AIMS/OUM) Managing Incidents within the set-out SLA's and ensuring Incidents are updated timely with the expected quality of data and information. Complete development tasks based on partners and best practices Fusion reporting OIC - there are few interfaces for which we need to support from time to time.

The role of this position involves executing client transformation engagements within the realms of Supply Chain and Procurement, risk & compliance, and ERP/IT support. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the delivery of high-quality work, identifying and addressing engagement-related risks, cultivating relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, and supporting Managers in meeting client and internal KPIs. In order to be successful in this role, you should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in developing solutions using Oracle EBS/Cloud. You should be proficient in Oracle Technologies such as OTBI, BIP/XML Publisher SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Reports. Additionally, experience with Web ADI, Web Services (SOAP/REST API), Fast Formulas, third-party integrations, Data Migration through FBDI Templates, Data Loading/Conversions using Data loader (HDL), and Integration Using Oracle Integration Cloud Service is required. Familiarity with Fusion ERP modules Finance/SCM/HCM/Projects, knowledge of data models and web services in Oracle EBS/Cloud, and hands-on experience with AIM, OUM, and TCM Documentation are essential. Furthermore, you must have expertise in application and SQL performance monitoring, troubleshooting, ITIL framework, and SDLC Change Management processes. Strong communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills are crucial for this role. A Bachelors or Masters degree in IT, Computer Science, or related technical fields is necessary, and experience working in the Middle East region is preferred. To qualify for this position, you must have hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of technical activities in EBS and Fusion across key modules like Finance, SCM, and HCM. Possession of a valid passport with a minimum of 6 free pages and willingness to travel for client site work assignments, especially in the Middle East including Saudi Arabia, as per project requirements is mandatory. Excellent communication, presentation skills, a consulting mindset, client handling experience, and the ability to work in MENA Shift timings are critical requirements. The minimum educational qualification for this role includes being Oracle certified and holding a Masters degree.
