Senior Architect - Emerging Technologies & Innovation Location: Kodathi Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and technically proficient Senior Architect to provide technology leadership in emerging technologies. This role involves designing, building, and presenting innovative solutions utilizing cutting-edge technologies. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and demonstrate innovative solutions using emerging technologies like Agentic AI, XR (Extended Reality), Autonomous Machines, Web 3.0, among others. - Design and execute immersive demos to effectively communicate the potential and value of these technologies to business and executive leaders. - Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop and quickly onboard solutions to the innovation center. - Maintain a hands-on approach to technology development to ensure high standards of quality and innovation. - Drive the adoption and integration of new technologies and methodologies within the team. - Provide technical guidance and oversee a team of developers and engineers, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. - Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in emerging technologies to steer the strategic direction of the Innovation Center. - Based at Wipro Kodathi, Bangalore office. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 12 to 15 years of experience in technology development, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity. - Demonstrated success in delivering impactful solutions using emerging technologies such as AI, XR, Autonomous Machines, Web 3.0, etc. - Strong technical skills and practical experience with modern development tools and methodologies. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a proven track record of working effectively with internal and external stakeholders. - Strong leadership capabilities, creativity, and experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment.
