You are a skilled and creative Quality Checker (Fabrics) seeking to join our team at Response Fabrics India Pvt Ltd in Ghaziabad. Your role will involve checking fabrics using various weaving techniques to ensure the creation of high-quality textiles for fashion, home decor, and industrial products. Operating traditional hand looms or automatic weaving machines to produce fabric will be a key responsibility. You will also be tasked with selecting and preparing yarns or fibers, setting up weaving equipment, and following design specifications to create unique textile products. Ensuring that woven fabric meets quality standards, performing maintenance on weaving machines, and collaborating with production teams are essential duties. To excel in this role, you should have previous experience in quality checking or textile manufacturing, knowledge of handloom weaving and different weaving techniques, and familiarity with various types of yarns and fibers. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are crucial. Additionally, manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and basic machine maintenance knowledge are preferred qualifications.
