Roles and Responsibilities Manage breakdown analysis, preventive & predictive maintenance to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance. Develop and implement effective maintenance planning strategies for timely task completion. Ensure smooth functioning and high efficiency of weaving machines (Airjet, Tsudokama, Sulzer, etc.). Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement to avoid machine stoppages. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement areas and implement process enhancements using TPM, TQM, 3M, Kaizen, OPL, and 5S System principles. Lead troubleshooting of major breakdowns and drive root cause analysis with corrective & preventive actions. Implement cost-effective maintenance practices and energy-saving initiatives. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, statutory regulations, and EHS standards during all maintenance operations. Train, mentor, and develop maintenance teams to build technical capability. Maintain records of downtime, machine history, and performance KPIs, presenting reports to management. Key Skills: Strong knowledge of weaving machinery. Expertise in preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance. Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical controls & automation systems. Hands-on experience in TPM, Kaizen, 5S, and other continuous improvement methodologies. Leadership, problem-solving & cross-functional coordination skills.
