Job Title: HVAC Sales Engineer Location: Chinchwad Pune Department: Sales & Business Development Reports To: Sales Manager / Director of Sales Experience Required: [2–5 Years Preferred] Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HVAC Sales Engineer to promote and sell HVAC systems and solutions to commercial, industrial, and institutional clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in HVAC systems, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage client relationships and close sales. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the HVAC market (B2B/Commercial/Industrial). Understand client needs and propose suitable HVAC solutions (e.g., VRF, AHU, ventilation, chilled water systems, etc.). Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations based on project requirements. Collaborate with design and estimation teams to ensure accurate and competitive pricing. Conduct site visits, feasibility checks, and coordinate with internal teams for execution planning. Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and follow-up to order closure and after-sales support. Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, facility managers, and decision-makers. Achieve sales targets, maintain sales pipelines, and provide accurate forecasting reports. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and competitor offerings.
