We are committed to delivering quality textile solutions with a focus on innovation and sustainability. 🧑‍💼 Role Overview: We are seeking a sharp, analytical, and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to assess and evaluate stressed businesses, real estate properties, and companies under NCLT proceedings. The role involves deep financial analysis of P&L statements, balance sheets, cash flows, and asset-liability positioning to support investment, acquisition, or advisory decisions. 📌 Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth financial analysis of stressed assets , NPA properties, or under-performing companies. Evaluate profit & loss (P&L) statements , balance sheets , cash flow reports , and capital structures . Analyse total assets and liabilities , working capital health, and debt servicing capacity. Prepare financial models to support valuation, risk assessment, and recovery feasibility . Study companies under NCLT / IBC (Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code), including CIRP progress and creditor claims. Research market, industry trends, and legal proceedings related to distressed asset opportunities . Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to assess the viability of acquisition or resolution plans. Prepare MIS reports, investor notes, and risk flags for internal and external stakeholders. Assist in drafting investment memoranda, due diligence reports , and strategic proposals. 🎯 Key Skills & Technical Knowledge: Strong command over financial statement analysis Expertise in financial modelling , forecasting, and valuation Knowledge of NCLT, IBC proceedings , and insolvency processes Hands-on experience with Excel, Tally, and financial databases (e.g., MCA, IBBI, CRISIL reports) Understanding of assets under SARFAESI, liquidation value vs fair market value 🎓 Qualifications: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CA / MBA (Finance) 2–5 years of relevant experience in finance, investment banking, insolvency analysis , or asset reconstruction Preference will be given to candidates with exposure to IBC, NCLT matters, or ARC firms 🤝 Key Attributes: Strong analytical and research capabilities Ability to work independently under tight deadlines Confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive financial data Clear communication and report drafting skills
