Your role: Run manufacturing on ground - from CNC shops to powder coaters to packaging partners. Digitize ops, track QC and make production data-driven. Troubleshoot tolerance issues, finish mismatches, and vendor delays. Keep timelines sharp, updates transparent and systems built for scale. About you: 0–3 YoE, engineering background. Spike in manufacturing/ops. Bonus: consulting/system-building exposure/Start-up. You’ll be the founders’ extension; hands-on in factories, sharp in spreadsheets.
