As a member of our team, your primary responsibility will be to work on the integration of wheel, suspension, and braking systems for various vehicle types. You will design, analyze, and optimize wheel systems while ensuring their proper integration with suspension and braking components. Collaborating with suppliers to source materials and align manufacturing processes with vehicle performance specifications will also be part of your role. In terms of suspension system integration, you will focus on suspension geometry, kinematics, and load analysis. It will be your responsibility to integrate suspension systems into the overall vehicle architecture, conduct simulations and testing to ensure that the suspension meets handling, comfort, and durability criteria. Your tasks related to braking systems integration will involve integrating braking components such as discs, calipers, and master cylinders into vehicle systems. You will work on the thermal, wear, and performance aspects of braking systems and collaborate with brake manufacturers and internal teams to ensure compatibility with other vehicle systems. System performance and testing will be a crucial aspect of your role, where you will conduct testing and simulations to validate the integration of wheels, suspension, and brakes. Analyzing test data to identify areas of improvement, ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and performance standards, and resolving integration issues that affect vehicle stability, safety, and performance will also be part of your responsibilities. In addition, you will work closely with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure seamless integration of all components. Collaboration with electrical and software teams may be required for sensor integration, control systems, and vehicle dynamics. Staying updated with the latest technologies in wheel, suspension, and brake design will be essential. You will be expected to drive innovation, improve system performance with each project iteration, and recommend and implement design changes based on testing, customer feedback, and performance data. Your role will contribute significantly to the overall performance and safety of our vehicles.,
