We specialize in helping businesses access capital markets and navigate complex financial landscapes. --- Key Responsibilities: Prepare and analyze financial statements, project reports, and CMA data for clients. Assist in IPO processing, due diligence, and regulatory filings (DRHP/RHP). Liaise with auditors, clients, and regulatory authorities including SEBI, BSE/NSE, and ROC. Handle financial modeling and valuation for companies undergoing fundraising or mergers/acquisitions. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, income tax, GST, and Companies Act provisions. Support the merchant banking team in drafting offer documents and transaction advisory. Conduct financial feasibility studies and assist in capital structuring for clients. --- Requirements: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) Strong knowledge of financial reporting, and regulatory frameworks Proficient in MS Excel, Tally, and financial analysis tools Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple client accounts Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
