Role Overview We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Mutual Fund Sales Agent to join our dynamic sales team at Wealth Niti. Responsibilities Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to meet individual and team targets Engage with potential clients through phone, email, and in-person meetings to promote mutual fund products Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities Collaborate with senior sales agents to create tailored investment solutions for clients Continuously enhance your knowledge of mutual funds, market trends, and investment strategies Required Qualifications Strong interest in finance and investment products, particularly mutual funds Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the financial services industry Basic understanding of mutual fund products and investment principles Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies Proficiency in using financial analysis tools and platforms Understanding of investment performance metrics and financial reporting Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field Soft Skills and Cultural Fit Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance Positive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
