As an Associate GenAI Developer at our organization, you will be an integral part of our dynamic and global team. Your primary responsibility will be to leverage your expertise in applied generative AI to develop and implement innovative AI solutions. This role will require you to collaborate with various stakeholders and cross-functional teams within our Wealth Management division to drive technological advancements and foster innovation. Your key responsibilities will include working closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver AI solutions across multiple domains within Wealth Management. It will be essential for you to stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies while conducting research and experiments to enhance our AI capabilities. To excel in this role, you must possess expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models to optimize information retrieval and generation tasks. Additionally, knowledge of Vector Stores for efficient data storage, proficiency in prompt engineering to enhance AI model accuracy, and familiarity with Large Language Model APIs (LLM APIs) are crucial competencies required for this position. We also value competencies in Graph RAG for complex data relationships, building Knowledge Graphs, and experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure, as well as expertise in natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision technologies, will be advantageous. Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a keen attention to detail are essential traits for success in this role. A background in programming languages such as Python or Java, coupled with robust data analysis skills, will be beneficial. Additionally, a Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, along with 6-10 years of relevant experience, will greatly contribute to your success as an Associate GenAI Developer.
