Key responsibilities Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, website and portal enquiries, and walk‑ins, providing prompt and courteous responses. Provide accurate information on property listings, pricing, availability, project details, documentation, and company services. Log all enquiries in the CRM, update customer records, and track the status of each lead or service request. Schedule site visits, property showings, and meetings for the sales/leasing team, and share reminders with clients. Receive and document complaints related to maintenance, handover, documentation, or billing, and follow up until closure while keeping the customer updated.
