Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Wealth Management Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will support clients in achieving their financial goals through structured planning, personalized advice, and long-term engagement. Key Responsibilities: Engage with existing clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored investment strategies. Onboard new clients through warm leads and referrals (no cold calling or hard selling). Create and update financial plans based on client life stages and goals. Categorize and maintain client profiles for efficient service and periodic reviews. Recommend suitable wealth-building solutions (e.g., SIPs, mutual funds, term insurance). Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain strong client satisfaction. Maintain documentation and assist in compliance with regulatory requirements. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or related field (MBA/CFP/NISM certifications are a plus). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Genuine interest in personal finance, investments, and long-term client servicing. Basic understanding of mutual funds, insurance, and tax-saving instruments.
