We are located in Hyderabad. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Executive with 35 years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative tasks, supporting office operations, and ensuring smooth functioning of workplace activities. Key Responsibilities: Undertake the role of Executive Assistant to the Managing Director Liaise with company accountants and other external support services for the company as directed by the Managing Director Manage staff attendance using electronic timekeeping software and access control systems Track and collate employee timesheets for payroll Manage front-desk activities including receiving visitors, calls, and correspondence Handle office supply inventory, procurement, and vendor coordination Maintain organized physical and digital records, files, and documentation Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics for employees and guests Ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and conducive to work Liaise with property landlord / building managers to ensure efficient operation of office Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing meeting rooms, and taking minutes if required Monitor and manage service providers (housekeeping, security, maintenance, etc.) Handle courier services, mail distribution, and internal communications Track and renew licenses, contracts, and service agreements as needed Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferably in Business Administration or a related field) 3–5 years of experience in an administrative or office support role Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Working knowledge in Time Tracking software such as WeWorked and Toggl (training will be provided) Working knowledge in Task Management software such as Meister Task (training will be provided) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion Familiarity with basic office equipment and procedures Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a mid-size or large office environment Familiarity with basic HR or finance processes is a plus Knowledge of facility management or vendor management tools Work Location: This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad.
