As a Lead Generation Executive/Specialist at WeThinkSolution, you will play a crucial role in acquiring new customers and unlocking sales opportunities through in-depth lead tracking and phone acquisition. Your focus will be on qualifying leads, arranging appointments, and understanding the needs of potential customers in the logistics environment. By achieving predefined KPIs and quarterly targets, you will contribute to the growth and success of the company. **Key Responsibilities:** - Unlock new sales opportunities through in-depth lead tracking with available sales tools, focusing on acquiring new customers via phone - Qualify leads and forward them to the responsible business development manager - Arrange appointments and online demos for potential new customers on site - Understand the needs and requirements of customers in the logistics environment - Achieve predefined KPIs and quarterly targets - Analyze customer potential, identify decision-makers, and generate sustainable interest - Maintain and expand the database with potential new customers in the assigned sales area **Qualifications Required:** - Completed vocational training in the commercial sector or higher - Proven experience in internal sales and telephone acquisition - Initial experience in B2B sales of software solutions - Knowledge of logistics is advantageous - Experience in using CRM tools such as Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc. - Strong presentation skills and ability to listen actively - Good written and spoken English with IT skills - Ability to work in a team, handle setbacks, and meet challenges in a solution-oriented manner As part of the WeThinkSolution team, you will experience a work culture filled with team spirit, fun, and continuous innovation.
