Surgery Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the surgery operations team effectively
Handle day-to-day surgery process workflows
Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements
Provide guidance, mentoring, and performance management to team members
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
Prepare and review reports, dashboards, and MIS
Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum
5+ years of experience
in
Surgery
domain
On-paper / Off-paper designation must be Team Lead only
Graduate candidates only
Certified candidates are mandatory
Last company relieving letter is mandatory
Notice period should be
Immediate to 15 days only

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary up to
1314 LPA
30% hike
on current/last CTC
