We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Executive with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns to generate quality leads, increase brand awareness, and maximize ROI. ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook, Instagram). Plan and execute Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube). Conduct keyword research and audience targeting for better campaign performance. Track, analyze, and report ad performance using Google Analytics and Ads Manager. Collaborate with content and design teams for effective ad creatives. Suggest new strategies to improve conversions and reduce costs. Required SkillsProven experience in Meta Ads & Google Ads campaign management. Strong understanding of CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS, and Conversion Tracking. Knowledge of remarketing, audience segmentation, and funnel strategies. Familiarity with SEO, social media marketing, and analytics tools (preferred). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, specializing in Meta & Google Ads. Salary Range💰 ₹10,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on skills and experience).
