Job Description Wcommerce seeks Independent Network Consultants (INC) to build and manage district-wide store networks. As an INC, you will be responsible for recruiting, training and overseeing store owners within your selected district. You can engage with any potential seller in your district, whether online or offline. The platform is free for store owners, and onboarding takes just 5 minutes, making it easy for anyone to start their e-commerce business. Your role is to guide store owners to join your store network and train them to become successful sellers. Your income will depend on the size of your store network. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Identify and approach potential sellers in your district. Help them create their free ecommerce store (takes just 5 minutes). Train them using ready-to-use training materials provided by us. Support sellers in using offline, social media, and ONDC channels to sell health and wellness, beauty and personal care and pet care products. Track and improve store owner engagement and sales in your district. Build and manage a strong store network across all PIN codes in your district. Eligibility Criteria Minimum qualification: 12th pass (graduates preferred but not mandatory) Good communication skills in your local language. Confident in interacting with people from different backgrounds. Self-motivated and eager to build a district-level store network. No prior experience required; training will be provided. Working professionals can also take this up as a side opportunity to earn extra income. Compensation & Benefits This is a commission-based role with good earning potential. Your income depends on the size of the store network you recruit and the sales performance of the store owners. You will earn 5% commission on every sale made by your recruited store owners. The more active sellers you onboard and train, the more you earn — there is no upper limit. Example Earning Calculation: You recruit 500 store owners. 25% (i.e., 125) are actively selling every month. Each active store makes ₹5,000 in monthly sales.
