Job Title: Product Manager Job Type: Full-time Location: Hybrid Delhi | Pune | Bengaluru, India Job Summary Join one of our top customers teams as a Product Manager and drive the development, generalization, and deployment of innovative supply chain and GenAI-powered SaaS solutions You will play an instrumental role in shaping robust products that leverage Generative AI, cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), and agile practices to deliver business-critical outcomes This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with dynamic, achievement-oriented teams across geographies, Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and design through deployment and performance measurement, ensuring alignment with business goals, Oversee product design and innovation, leveraging expertise in GenAI and SaaS to conceptualize, develop, and launch impactful solutions, Define and analyze KPIs to monitor product health at every stage of the lifecycle, driving continuous improvement and growth, Manage the implementation of new technologies, tools, and cloud-based products, with a strong emphasis on AWS, Azure, and GCP, Foster cross-functional collaboration with executives, stakeholders, data scientists, and global engineering teams to ensure successful delivery of AI-driven product initiatives, Directly manage, mentor, and develop high-performing product teams, ensuring strong performance and professional growth, Ensure compliance, confidentiality, and data integrity when handling sensitive, business-critical information, Required Skills and Qualifications Masters/MBA degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a top university, 9+ years of overall experience, with a minimum of 6 years in hands-on product design, innovation, and lifecycle management, Proven experience as a Product Manager for GenAI products, including demonstrated success in translating business problems into AI-driven solutions, Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), SaaS environments, and modern cloud-native architectures, Deep understanding of product lifecycle management, growth strategies, and KPI tracking, Experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM) and exposure to PRINCE2 or PMP frameworks, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to facilitate discussions at the executive level and create compelling product documentation, Preferred Qualifications Proficiency with analytics and machine learning tools such as Python, Spark, or TensorFlow, Experience managing supply chain or enterprise AI products within fast-paced, high-achievement teams, Recognized ability to build strong relationships across organizational levels and global locations, Familiarity with responsible AI practices, model governance, and data privacy standards,
