Job highlights To Manage various projects spread across North & West India, we are in process of recruiting a Project Person with a Civil engineering background to manage and coordinate office-related tasks for our construction projects. The ideal candidate will be based in Ghaziabad and should be flexible to visit project sites as and when required. Job description and Key Responsibilities: Coordination: Manage day-to-day office operations related to construction projects. Coordinate with Client, Site Team, Sub contractors, and vendors for Project activities. Identify and Resolve construction-related issues promptly with support of Head Office. Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines for construction projects. Billing: Support Site team in preparation of Bills for Project works for Client Submission.. Site Visits : Conduct site visits to monitor progress and support site team. Documentation: Prepare and maintain Project reports, Correspondence records with Clients , RA Bills records , Drawings and all other documentation related to the contracts. Provide regular updates and reports on project status, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and resolutions to senior management. Timeline Controls : Monitor the Project Schedules and implement corrective measures for meeting the Project Milestones. Vendor Management: Assist in procurement processes and maintain inventory records. Cost Management: Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering. 3–5 years of experience in construction Project Coordination. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic Project Management tools. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to multitask and work independently. Willingness to travel to project sites as required. Preferred Skills : Familiarity with AutoCAD , MS Project or similar design software. Knowledge of Construction materials and methods. Show more Show less
