The ideal candidate should possess complete knowledge of company labor laws, including the ESI Act, PFMP Act, State and Central Labor Act, BOCW Act, WC Act, and factory act. A post-graduate qualification and a minimum of 10 years of work experience in a construction company are required for this role. While the position is based at the company's head office, the candidate will be required to visit various sites from time to time. Prior experience in law would be an additional benefit.
