Role Overview: You’ll own and execute Work Wing’s social media strategy end-to-end—planning content, managing communities, analyzing performance, and collaborating with our marketing and product teams to generate awareness and qualified leads. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a social media plan aligned with Work Wing’s growth objectives. Create, schedule, and publish daily posts on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Design or source on-brand visuals and write engaging copy (using Canva, Figma, etc.). Monitor comments, messages, and mentions—respond promptly to foster community. Track performance via Meta Insights, Sprout Social, and Google Analytics; deliver monthly reports with actionable insights. A/B test post formats, captions, hashtags, and timing to maximize reach and engagement. Coordinate with designers, content writers, and external partners (influencers, agencies). Stay up-to-date on platform trends, algorithm changes, and recommend new tactics. Must-Have Qualifications: 2–3 years’ hands-on experience managing social media for a brand or agency. Exceptional English writing/editing skills and a strong visual storytelling sense. Proficiency with scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, or similar).
