Our team size comprises of 40+ consultants from reputed institutes such as IIMs, NMIMS, IIFT, IIT and TIT&S. Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Digital Marketing Associate, who will be responsible for undertaking marketing campaigns for our clients, including digital marketing & social media handling. You will also be required to support the maintenance of client websites and content upgradation alongside seamlessly coordinating between clients, the internal team, and external agencies, if any. The base will be Wazir’s Gurgaon office while working closely with the client for marketing and other initiatives. Responsibilities Coordinate with clients and external agency, serving as the main point of contact; collect requirements, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of website enhancements. Monitor platform performance, verify quality of updates, undertake periodical maintenance, and ensure technical issues are resolved promptly. Brainstorm, suggest, and implement digital campaigns, including social media, content marketing, e-mail outreach, and SEO improvements. Track deliverables, maintain project timelines, ensure documentation of processes, and prepare status updates for stakeholders. Generate periodic reports on website performance, campaign results, and areas for optimization. Keep abreast of digital marketing trends and recommend new strategies and tools for greater platform impact. Database management Content creation, alongside undertaking interviews for website content, if required. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication will be preferred. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in website management, platform coordination, or digital marketing roles Expert level proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) Prior experience in conducting primary and secondary research for digital initiatives Well-versed in using AI tools for content creation, analytics, or automation. Proficiency in tools like Canva (for design and basic video editing) or similar platforms.
