Key Responsibilities: Calendar Management: Organize and maintain the CEO's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries. Communication Handling: Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, managing correspondence and ensuring timely responses. Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings. Travel Arrangements: Coordinate domestic and international travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation. Document Management: Draft, review, and manage documents, reports, and presentations as required. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
